DID YOU KNOW ... that Fannie Mae is extending the 3.5% incentive for homebuyers who purchase and close on a Fannie Mae-owned home by June 30th, 2010? This can be used towards closing costs and/or the purchase of new Whirlpool appliances. Call me for details! 

6/17/10 UPDATE:  The U.S. Senate has passed an amendment that would extend the closing deadline of the homebuyer tax credit by three months. If this passes Congress, it's possible that buyers who already have purchase contracts in place and met the April 30th deadline, but may not close by June 30th due to lender backlogs, could be granted another three months to close.
